卡特是一名儿童心理学家，他在自己女儿的房间里装了许多摄影机，用以观察儿童在平日里的一举一动。卡特的老婆詹妮，对他这种过分关注的行为有些担心，但她正在搞婚外恋，因此忽略了做母亲的责任，也就任由卡特去了。然而没过多久，当地发生了一连串儿童绑架事件，詹妮开始怀疑也许与丈夫有关，后者似乎正在进行一种心灵控制的试验。而詹妮不知道的是，卡特有着多重人格，知晓詹妮外遇的他，正打算对其大开杀戒……。Two high level scuba-divers and long-time friends, Don and Dave, broke a world record for depth in the Boesmansgat cave in South Africa. It would take them 15 minutes to reach the bottom, but 12 hours to surface. Having reached the bottom, against all odds, they find a body. They decide to come back and retrieve it.
