Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。阿三拼死击杀白衣邪神占承天，一时名声大噪，“铁桥三”之名号不胫而走。阿三见义勇为救出了遭到穆亲王刺杀的林则徐。穆亲王的女儿童安格格爱上了阿三。穆亲王震怒，摆下鸿门宴欲借故刺杀林。经过一番波折，除关云峰为救老母丧生，其余人皆转危为安。格格虽深爱着阿三，但得知他与小蝶已有婚约，遂黯然引退。关死后，海关提督官位空缺。林则徐力举阿三前去赴考，阿三带伤慨然前往。。
