1963年，江南某农村。村支书江水英（李炳淑饰）从县委开完抗旱会议回来，刚一传达，大队长李志田听说筑坝改道要损失本村300亩高产田和一窑砖，当场就表示反对。江水英批评了李志田的本位主义思想，并提出堤内损失堤外补。暗藏敌人黄国忠伺机在村里造谣，说什么虎头岩坡高山陡，水根本流不过去等等，江水英当场揭穿了他的谎言。筑坝施工开始后，大坝出现塌方，急需大量柴草，黄国忠闻讯，通知砖窑提前烧火，妄图烧光柴草，破坏筑坝。江水英赶到砖窑，厉声制止。黄又挑拨大队长到坝上合闸，阿坚伯劝阻无果，江水英及时赶来制止了这一错误行为，并将大队外调材料当众宣布，揭开了黄国忠更名换姓及解放前的罪恶历史，李志田猛然醒悟......。Prime Video announced that the eight-episode docuseries Tampa Baes will drop this fall.
