Another mysterious being called The Messenger tries warning them, but it is too late, as each of the victims will have to face the beast Pigster。江湖巧匠“游云”金必多得秃鹰赏识，加盟“铁血十三鹰”，欲替天行道，怎知事与愿违，秃鹰觊觎朝廷赈灾官银，游云与其中六鹰反对，六鹰惨被秃鹰屠杀，而游云幸得迷恋自己的香鹰说情，得保性命，游云更利用绝技“勾魂一指”情挑香鹰而成功逃脱。秃鹰击败押粮官向怀忠等官兵，夺得官银；游云却以“侠盗笑脸元宝”之名掩饰身份，将官银盗走，并将秃鹰打下悬崖；向怀忠愧对朝廷及灾民，正要自尽，笑脸元宝赶至，将官银送还。向怀忠临终之时，对儿子向南飞交代笑脸元宝救命之恩，但向南飞将“报恩”误以为是“报仇”，一字之差，使向南飞矢志为父报仇。。一个来自贫民窟的青年小伙儿，为了让贫民窟的劳苦大众走出贫民窟的暴力和犯罪生涯，不得不自我奋斗登上历史舞台和嗜血资本家斗智斗勇。
