The epic adventures of the legendary Baran the Bandit following his release from prison. After serving 35 years, it is no surprise that the world has changed dramatically. Still, Baran can't help but be shocked to discover that his home village is now underwater thanks to the construction of a new dam. He then heads for Istanbul to get revenge upon his former best friend, the man who snitched on him and stole his lover Keje. Along the way, Baran teams up with Cumali, a tough young punk who finds the thief's old-fashioned ways rather quaint. When Cumali gets into deep trouble with a crime boss, Baran adds another vengeful task to his roster.。敬大爷如今是个九十三岁高龄的耄耋老人，他有八十多年的剃头经历，至今仍住在北京胡同的大杂院里，过着北京城内最底层最普通也是最平淡的生活，他经常给老主顾们上门剃头、聊天，回家后拨弄着自己那座每天慢五分钟的老座钟，他希望每个人（也包括他自己）干干净净的来到人世，也希望人们干干净净利利索索的离去…… 电影《剃头匠》以纪录和讲述的形式描述了这样一个老人恬淡而平凡的生活。。
